REFUND POLICY

Leila Home London will accept for return or exchange, items that are new in condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by customer. For a full refund or exchange please mail out your item within 14 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from the receipt of original order.

Items must be returned with all original packaging.

Due to health and safety reasons some products are non-refundable, this includes all: Bed Linen, Towel and Bathrobe sets.
